I'm still unable to reproduce this in Hardy Heron, forks just fine here, with
or without files, could you please launch the application with the "-d" flag
and attach the output.

I just created a new user and it does the same. gnochm crashes at
startup whether its with a file or without any.
$ gnochm -v
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback

Is this reproducible for you using a new user account?, works fine here, may
you provide an example file which can be causing this crash, does the gnochm
crash using any .chm file or just the one you try at the time of this report?
