Has already landed in the Ubuntu 5.13 Impish tree:

should be fixed in kernel v5.13.15.
Unable to confirm since problem with libc6 dependency while installing
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v5.13.15/.
