Ubuntu 21.10 and 22.04 have exactly the same reported version of svn (1.14.1) and the plugin that handles https, ra_serf (version 1.3.9). However, 21.04 reports it was compiled on Feb 18 2021, while 22.04 reports it was compiled on Dec 3 2021. On both my 22.04 VM and my 22.04 wsl running under
