We did a fix run recently, and most of those strings should be fixed now
in Launchpad. There are some corner cases that we are investigating, but
next language pack update should already fix most regression problems if
not everything.

The problem was that I didn't bother migrating the data when we
implemented native KDE support for plural forms and context. This was
not a problem because we've gotten all the Gutsy files (including
translations) imported afterwards. However, Dapper has not received
updated translations, so the mi

it's related with some data migration when we added native kde plural
forms support
it affects all KDE language packs, though, not just German ones
I keep the language-pack-kde-de task open
