That fix is already in Ubuntu 24.04 via mutter 46.0 so hopefully it's
solid.

Have the same issue. Checked with Inkscape, Brave, Firefox and Ubuntu Settings
windows.
Using 22.04.4 LTS. (It seems to me that this bug is not application specific,
but I cannot confirm).

The workaround from #71 worked almost perfectly out of the box, I've
only seen 1-2 windows staying under the dock. I probably simply need
bump the delay a bit from the default value.
