I can't see anything of note in that screenshot.
Please take a photo of the problem with a camera. Please also explain
what you have tried and in particular whether you have followed all the
instructions in comment #2 yet.

Hi I have tried it but i think this is not the issue of laptop display
as i noticed whenever i hover my mouse at top bar little of the mouse
pointer is seen in the bottom pannel . And when i use to move the mouse
from left to right or vice - versa at top bar the half mouse pointer is
showing at bot
