In the meantime I have upgraded to 22.04. And this particular issue
vanished for me.
As far as I am concerned the issue does not exist any more. It still
occurs at my computer at work, but there I have the Debian 11, and I
Mateusz, sorry for the late reply. It seems that you're trying to report
an issue relating to packages that are not currently installed on your
system. Reverting the status of both packages to 'New' so that the issue
doesn't expire.
