I can confirm the problem on my 22.04 VM.
I've got a 1080p screen and I don't use scaling.
But is the problem also present using the default GS theme + Yaru icons
or Yaru GS theme + Adwaita icons or both default theme and icons?
The problem is that my VM crashed and I can't start it, so I can't
Maybe it's specific to high-DPI? I'm using scale 200%

When launching firefox snap, and keep the mouse cursor over the dock or top
panel
the spinner animation takes 5sec loading, but i dont see hiccups, feels rather
stable on my side
