Installation failed - Calamares fails
Looks like that nugget was, indeed, the issue. Since the issue is mostly
isolated to Ubuntu Studio, we won't worry about Lubuntu in this case and
the fix can go in the native calamares-settings-ubuntu package.

Considering nobody touched Calamares since January, I'm pretty sure
we're going to see the same problem. This might be related to
https://github.com/calamares/calamares/issues/1885, in which the KDE
Neon devs found a solution:

Tested on box AWOW NY41 Testcase:UEFI+secure boot and got the failure -
rebooted and ran the installer again - this time the partitions were
created with no errors - I am not sure that this a duplicate of bug
1864787 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calamares/+bug/1864787
