Hi, The libssl1.1 package was provided by the 1.1.1 branch of OpenSSL, which is obsolete and will cease to receive security support from upstream in 2023. We chose to migrate the archive to the new 3.0 version. See this ML thread for more details: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu- devel/20
