I've marked this incomplete...
I re-wrote the ISO to thumb-drive, and it's now booted on dc7700 box...
A direct clone boots; where as the first test today was written with
`mkusb-plug`, a 3rd party app from PPA - thus the 'incomplete'...
(which may become invalid).
I suspect mkusb-plug causes

some testing; re-writing using my normal procedure
