I do not think this is an LXD Bug !
I think there is some problem with the "upgrade" process
do-release-upgrade -d
As I stated a "clean install" of 22.04 everything works.
On an "upgrade" is where chroup2 gets screwed up.
One piece of info I forgot to mention...
Before doing do-release-upgrade
