Public bug reported:

Fresh install, added the tor-browser package to use tor-browser.  On
trying to run from menu, nothing occurs.

When run from terminal I get

I note this has been experienced before; with a possible reason/fix
found at https://askubuntu.com/questions/1404606/tor-browser-not-
launching-on-ubuntu-22-04 which links to
https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/issues/636 and provides
a quick workaround.

This maybe already fixed upstream, and just a re-package is required.
