if Auto-hide is enabled in dock and the dock is at the bottom of the
screen, when you right click an app the dock hides, and altough the menu
won't visually move, at the time you click on something, it instantly
moves to satisfy the distance from the top of the dock (now hidden)  and
ends up missing what you actually clicked on and clicking something
