Hi everyone, there is a bug in vtk9, see here for details:

In short, the program crashes under certain circumstances when the window is
closed. The problem is fixed upstream, affected VTK versions are 9.0.2, 9.0.3,
and 9.1.0. Affected Ubuntu versions are jammy and kinetic (both 9.1.0). Would
it be possible to release a fix for these two Ubuntu versions? My suggestion
would be to apply a subset of the changes of this merge request:
https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/-/merge_requests/9026/diffs (a subset that
doesn't break API or ABI, I can create a patch if you like).
