The bug is indeed gone in the hardy heron beta cd's openoofice. I tested
it by installing the 8.04 beta in a virtual machine with virtualbox, and
I couldn't reproduce the bug either. Solved :)

I can not reproduce this bug in Ubuntu Hardy (8.04) with OpenOffice.org
2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3. Please try the new version to see if it corrects
your problem.
