Hi again
Well like my wireless is no more working after that update
I burnt the last beta release on a cd-rom alternate hope it is this one
I would like to know how you can upgrade from alpha4 to beta using the cd

I had to arrange the line with this
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
auto wlan0
iface wlan0 inet dhcp
wireless-essid *
In my original file there no gateway or address and netmask
So the good thing is that I have now my icons back on the desktop
but still no more
