Josh - Before applying your workaround, you can see which DNS servers
systemd-resolved is using by running:
$ resolvectl status
What does that show you for DNS servers? Your servers, or something else
entirely?

I am using the GUI built into the desktop - the one in the top right
where I can turn bluetooth on/off and change wifi networks.
