This bug has been open for a long time, and I have not been able to
reproduce it over the last three releases. I am marking it as

Doing a clean install on a ASUS x64 system using the Studio 64bit version.
Installing to brand clean new 1TB Western Digital drive.
Installation proceeds apace until it reaches Installing Software. At that point
it stalls and eventually reports that it has failed. Option to try again taken
sever

How many option were you installing? If you are installing all the meta,
it can take a very, _very_ long time.

I tried to install 3 times. Everytime I waited for over an hour, but it did not
continue and stayed at the same point.
I have 1GB Ram, and over 20 GB free space.
