Thanks a lot for uploading the 0.4.14-1ubuntu2, it now works perfectly. In Konqueror 4.0.2, the right click button on some fields has a "select IM" menu which allow me to specify scim. However many other KDE4 apps such as Kate and Kwrite and even some fields in some webpages in Konqueror does not allow me to select IM and I can therefore cannot use Chinese input.
So is this a bug in scim-bridge?
