When in upgrade the webcam modules (kernel) in ubuntu, the camera turns
on.
The Ubuntu system states I have to reboot the kernel.
If I warm reboot, the camera stays on. Continuously on.
If I cold reboot, the camera turns on and turns off aft
I'm sorry since this is a USB web cam the output of 'lsusb' would be
