As I stated before, the download is prevented because of Bug #201673.
Therefore some mirrors (obviously the german one, too) did not even get
the buggy package while syncing. And no, this is no typo but a package
for another architecture.

This is intentional, version 2.7-9ubuntu1 had issues which have been
corrected in 2.7.9-ubuntu2. To not break systems with the buggy glibc,
this package has been blocked for download. For further information,
