Binary package hint: mumble-server

If started without any arguments, mumble-server uses a probably uncommon 
directory to store its data to:
a) `murmurd` uses the current directory.
b) `murmer-wrapper` uses `$HOME/murmur`.

I think that using `$HOME/.config/Murmur` or `$HOME/.config/Mumble-
server` in either case could be better.
