Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22

On a Toshiba Tecra M9 with Intel iwl4965 wireless, the computer will not
hibernate if the radio kill switch on the front of the computer is
switched to off.  Nothing happens at all, except the following is added
to the system logs several times:

WARNING: Requesting MAC access during RFKILL wakes up NIC

No attempt to shut anything down is apparent.  If the kill switch is on
(i.e., wireless active), then hibernate works correctly.  This on an
updated Gutsy system.
