Maybe the DVD works on another machine but it may not be working on yours. Busy box seems to be a temporary set of shell commands to facilitate booting. I had the problem after an update. I fixed it by getting an updated CD and re-installation. When you put in the DVD select check DVD on your m

This is a reply to all. I think that this busybox thing is due to not being able to boot. It gets stuck due to in my case a bad upgrade from gutsy to hardy. I think a lot of guys have bad CDs and if they ran the check cd in place of installing they may see a fault. I got my self a new big 500 g
