Good news. I've got the python code to read GPX and update JPEGs
working (on Windows, Linux and Mac).

blueprint for a phatch action 'GeoTagger' which will do exactly this.

Where do you keep/publish these blueprints? If you can point me in the
right direction, I'll be happy to contribute and/or vote on the phatch
blueprints.
Perhaps a standard text+link on the Phatch launchpad page will avoid
people making the same mistake as me.
