I have the same problem, hardy fully updated, but on my case it stopped
bothering me when I changed b43 and ssb drivers with the ndiswrapper
module.
I'll try some other combinations to check if there are changes.

Same problem, Hardy uptodate. Hald-addon-input: process gets 100% CPU
after resume from suspend to ram. I have bluetooth disabled and I am
working with wifi net, so I don't know if is related.
In this moment it is getting the CPU,
ps xaf | grep -v grep | grep hald
5498 ?Ss 0:10 /us
I'm seeing the same problem when I switch between wifi/wired networking
via network manager (though, on this laptop (Lenovo T61), the bluetooth
is hard-wired w/ the wireless switch so maybe this is more related to
bluetooth than I notice currently).
