On noble, issue validated reproducible on 1:46.7.0-0ubuntu0.24.04.1, not
reproducible on 1:46.7.0-0ubuntu0.24.04.2 (noble-proposed).
Also tested disabling integrated GPU, it can get NVIDIA discrete GPU
name properly. Attaching screenshots for proof.

Accepted gnome-control-center into oracular-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-
center/1:47.1.1-0ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
