confirming, on hardy, once again, please get this fixed. is there any
docu where i can read how the workaround worked on gutsy?

It appears that the problem has gotten worse with the Hardy release.
While I've made the gconf changes necessary in Gutsy to get the icon to
display and those changes are still present in the current gconf
configuration on Hardy, the icon does not display. The ssh keys do
still appear to get cache
