i followed Thermaltaker (#7) post and it worked on NEO B3185 with
Atheros AR5007EG. This helped me and it worked,

it needs only to be updated, in my case, the
madwifi-hal-0.10.5.6-r4016-20090429/scripts/
was updated to
I've just tried the Ubuntu 9.04 beta live CD on my Fujitsu Siemens Amilo
Li1718, which has (I belive) the Atheros AR5007EG chipset. No wireless
networks were detected, so I'm guessing that means this is not working
out of the box. I haven't tried the patches yet because I'm not near a
wired
