Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: service-discovery-applet

service-discovery-applet seems to tell me what is available out there,
but selecting an item from its menus never works. For example, if I
select an entry in the "SSH Remote Terminal" menu, I get a dialog that
asks for my login, which I assume means my userid. Maybe it ought to
use the same userid by default, since "ssh <hostname>" works for all the
hosts on my local network, but that aside, I enter my userid and hit OK,
and then... nothing happens.

** Affects: service-discovery-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
