[Bug 20463] Re: Acer eSetting + Acer ePowerManagement don't do anything

2009-06-17 Thread Steve Langasek
Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu. In Ubuntu 9.04 and above (and possibly earlier), these keys are correctly mapped to the 'setup' and 'battery' keycodes by default, so I'm marking this bug as resolved. Please feel free to report any other bugs that you find. **

We could assign Epowermanagement to the Energy Manager and the other one to Gnome Settings. Or offer a simple way to assign them to a special place during installation. -- Acer eSetting + Acer ePowerManagement don't do anything https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/20463 You received this bug

Rectification: Gnome has a way to do this. System Key Management. Dunno whether they should be assigned by default or not. Would be nice though as both function exist. -- Acer eSetting + Acer ePowerManagement don't do anything https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/20463 You received this bug
