In Kubuntu was this bug. Tried Kubuntu 22.04.3 this was in and still in
Kubuntu 22.04.4
In shortcuts choose for example alt+f4 uncheck shortcut, apply.
That doesnt work anymore.
Click defaults.
alt+f4 works again.
BUT
not working anymore
ctrl+alt+t to open konsole
meta start key

Sorry, so I am trying to reproduce this without luck. I have a live
session going and clicked defaults in systemsettings->shortcuts and my
shortcuts still work. meta brings up application launcher and ctrl-alt-t
brings up terminal. Did I miss a step? Is this after install?
