Some basic steps to reproduce:
Create an openvpn configuration that includes the following
configuration:

script-security 2
up /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf
down /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf
```

[Expired for openvpn (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for 60
days.]
