Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
Background info: Upgraded from 7.10 to 8.04(beta) when this bug occurs. Somehow rather, I noticed weird behavior from scrollkeeper-update when doing an apt-get upgrade this morning on my 7.10 prior to upgrade. The CPU consumption was close to 100% for a substantial period of time, i.e.15mins.
