Public bug reported: The /usr/sbin/zramswap script sources /etc/defaults/zramswap but then fails to use the variables set there -- specifically "PERCENTAGE" and "ALLOCATION"
The script doesn't have any mention of "ALLOCATION" whatsoever, but does check for "PERCENT" vs "PERCENTAGE" as is used in the defaults file - this means it always defaults to 256M no matter what is set in /etc/default/zramswap. ** Affects: zram-tools (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: zramswap ** Attachment added: "Edited zramswap script with wlog debugging" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2058054/+attachment/5756277/+files/zramswap -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2058054 Title: zramswap ignores defaults file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zram-tools/+bug/2058054/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
