Unable to bring up a guest with 1GB RAM using virt-install
Machine Type = P10 Denali
---Steps to Reproduce---
Try to bring up a guest with 1GB RAM using virt-install. The installer will
get hung forever.

Linux ubuntu2404 6.8.0-11-generic #11-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 14 00:33:03 UTC 2024
ppc64le ppc64le ppc64le GNU/Linux

A debugger is not configured
Host OS: Ubuntu 24.04
ISO used for guest bring up: Ubuntu 24.04 latest
virt-install command used:
virt-install --name ubuntu1 --ram 1024 --disk
path=/var/lib/libvirt/images/data/ubuntu1.qcow2,size=8 --vcpus 4 --os-type
linux --os-variant generic --network bridge=virbr0 --graphics none --console
pty,target_type=serial --cdrom
/var/lib/libvirt/images/noble-live-server-ppc64el.iso
A guest can be successfully brought up if RAM used is 2048.
Also, by making using of a xml file, a guest with 1GB RAM can be brought up.
Failure is observed only while trying to bring up a guest with 1GB RAM and
using the virt-install method.
