An updated aa-notify that can prompt the user to create a profile is
available in oracular, and for noble via

The plan is to get more testing on it and then SRU to noble.

Do you have to manually add exception for each app? That would be very
hard to implement, because someone might create a new app and it would
not work on Ubuntu.
