the previous state was "verification-needed", and I will change it back
to that.
I'm very confused about the test case: which combination of dkms
Kernel 6.8.0-32.32 doesn't boot for me on AMD64 (can't find the root
disk). 6.8.0-31-generic boots just fine. I'm not using root disk
encryption or zfs, so the cryptsetup/zfs regressions probably don't have
anything to do with that.

Wow. Thanks for all of that effort on behalf of Carbon X1 owners. My
machine is also a Lenovo 21HMCTO1WW. Looks like the same issues. So
