NM 0.7 snapshot has been uploaded a while back to intrepid. There are
still rough edges, but in general things lot good alredy.

Tried 0.7 in Foresight, it works very well and "out of the box" with my
GPRS/UMTS connection.
Due to the lots of bugs still afflicting 0.6.6, shouldn't be a bad idea to
include nm-0.7 in hardy and to remove ifupdown.

Yes, it would hopefully make connecting mobile broadband easier.
Eventually, Network Manager ideally should be able to handle all types
of network connections without having to "dabble" with configuration
files. That's my hope anyway.
