Please sync lcov 2.1~beta2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Add missing runtime dependency on libtimedate-perl (LP: #2058956)
* Re-enable tests by disabling multiple threads while building. Tests are
* failing with multiple threads. (LP: #2052836)
The Ubunu delta has two changes, one in the dependency and another to enable
the tests. Both the changes have been added in the Debian package and the delta
can be dropped.
