I have found a solution for my problem. I 've just use my USB on a
computer with Windows, and surprise, there is no more problem on my
Ubuntu.

nobody said it can't be adressed it just doesn't quality as a
hundrerpapercut usability issue, it's a standard software bug

I only asked for a clarification in order to understand how to behave

Why can't you address it as part of this project?
Because it's not a small issue?
Because it doesn't affect many people?
Because it's not quick and easy to fix?
I think it fits all these requirements.

This is a screenshot to show how Places menu looks like AFTER I unmount
the floppy disk I previously mounted clicking on Places->Floppy Drive.
Even if I unmount it, it will never go back to "Floppy Drive" anymore.
It's in Spanish: "Soporte de 1,5 GiB" means "1,5 GB Media".
