I can reliably reproduce this freeze by:
1. Waking my Thinkpad T490 from suspend
2. Plugging in the ethernet cable
The result is a total system freeze; it's not possible to do anything,
neither mouse nor keyboard work - the only way to shutdown is via
REIS

Yes, it's built by myself, no sign, so secure boot should be disabled.
I will do SRU for the 2 commits. Then proposed kernel will be signed.
