I figured out the problem!
Evolution crashes when trying to retreive the incorrectly archived items from
public folders.
The reason why it crashed at startup was that the broken public folder was
added to my favorites. It seems to be a new feature of evolution exchange
plugin to display favorite

I lauched evolution from command line like this:
G_SLICE=always-malloc G_DEBUG=gc-friendly valgrind -v --tool=memcheck
--leak-check=full --num-callers=40 --log-file=valgrind.log evolution
