Public bug reported:
If you use keyboard navigation to open a directory that has just a
single file, the arrow keys do nothing.
For example, if you have 2 files, when the directory is opened, nothing
is highlighted, and you can press <DOWN> to highlight the 2nd file, and
then <UP> to highlight the first file.
If you try that when there is only a single file, nothing happens.
I'm aware that you can press <TAB> to highlight the first file
regardless of the number of files in the directory.
So, I have 2 issues:
(1) I would have expected <DOWN> to highlight the first file in a directory
with just 1 file.
(2) I would have expected the first file to be highlighted automatically if
keyboard navigation was used to open the directory.
