It seems that xfsprogs contains the fix is still in focal-proposed and
jammy-proposed, not released to -updates.
Only oracular and plucky have it in -updates, could you help to check?

I changed the version numbers for the correct SRU format, and uploaded
but I noticed now that it clashes with Zixing's upload for noble in bug
2076309, so we're going to need to sort that out and merge the two and
someone needs to own the merged one.
