error messages wants me to file bug against the ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap
package, but I can't just ubuntu-bug subiquity or ubuntu-bug ubuntu-
desktop-bootstrap, because it says not installed.. because it's not a
debian package, it'

I can confirm this bug. The installer shows an error on my Dell Inspiron
5570 laptop, with an Intel Core I5 processor. The error occurs after
selecting the option to format the entire disk and then install the
system. The installer can't even get to the region selection and
username definition stag
it also crashes on my pc when choosing English.
