I think no one wants to install `fuse2`. The problem is that many users
of `fuse` will not think to specify `fuse3` at installation. As a
result, someone who is simply trying to get sshfs running will set
everything up, have it working perfectly, and be very unpleasantly
surprised the next day with
This is because `fuse` breaks `fuse3`. Is there a problem with `fuse3`
that you need to install `fuse` instead?

Update:
This broke the system a little further than expected - nautilius
missing, icons not showing up, etc..
Fix:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop && sudo
reboot now
