"About Sysprof" does nothing

This issue affects Sysprof in the "greeter". Once you're in the full
app, the about dialog works.
This issue is being fixed now in Ubuntu 25.04 (which will be released in
April). Due to limited time and limited impact, I won't be backporting
this fix to Ubuntu 24.10.

Thanks for reporting. I can confirm this issue in sysprof 47.2-1 on Ubuntu
Plucky. Additionally, when selecting "About Sysprof", I see the following error
message in the terminal, looks like it tries to display a dialog but fails:
$ sysprof
