Re-encoded the file at the proper bitrate. now 62kb smaller and sounds
MUCH nicer.

Can we make this change for Ibex?
Otherwise, what is the point of including example content that is
wrongly encoded and doesn't show off the right qualities of the codec?
I'm willing to make the change.
